Both are made with the same recipe and ingredients — the only difference is the type of oat. Our gluten-free option uses certified organic, gluten-free oats. We're transitioning to 100% certified gluten-free oats across all products.

A note on sunflower kernels: whole sunflower kernels are the seed itself — completely unprocessed and nothing like refined sunflower oil. They're included here for nutrition and texture, not as a fat source.

How to use it:
🌙 Overnight oats — mix 1:1 with your milk of choice, refrigerate overnight, top with fresh fruit in the morning. No cooking, no prep, ready when you wake up.
