Made by hand every Monday in St. Augustine — no seed oils, no refined sugar, nothing you can't pronounce. Just real food baked in small batches the way it should be.

Both are made with the same recipe and ingredients — the only difference is the type of oat. Our gluten-free option uses certified organic, gluten-free oats. We're transitioning to 100% certified gluten-free oats across all products.

What's inside: Rolled Oats, Almonds, Pecans, Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Coconut Oil, Dried Coconut, Dried Blueberry Powder, Dried Blueberries, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt

A note on the blueberries: most dried fruit is sweetened with added sugar or preserved with sulphites. Ours isn't. Just real blueberries, dried without anything added — because that's the only kind we'd use.
